Training

Are you looking for an introduction to who transgender people are? Or maybe how to be better allies in the workplace? 

Lou has 60 and 90 minute training sessions that are customizable for the clients needs.

Policies and Procedures

While not an attorney Lou can help review your policies to see how inclusive they are and if they need to be updated. 

Same with procedures. Policies are only as good as the implementation strategies behind them.

Results

Lou is an results driven teacher. His goal is to create a welcoming environment for learning. Lou brings openness and humor to these previously stigmatized conversations. He creates a safe and brave space for participants to ask the questions that they need to in order to better serve the trans communities.
